BARBERTON---Edward Frank Ocepek passed away on September 15, 2016 at the age of 92.  He was born in Hartshorne, Oklahoma.  Ed retired from Midwest Rubber Company after 33 years of service. Ed avid Barberton sports fan and a member of the Slovenian Pension Club.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret, of 62 years; his parents, Louise and Frank Ocepek; brothers, William, Tony, Joseph, Louis, and Frank; sisters, Agnes and Ann; and daughter, Marsha (Ocepek) Tokar. He is survived by daughter, Diane (Ocepek) Weigand, son-in-law, Joseph Weigand; son-in-law Edward Tokar; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton.
