COVENTRY TWP.---Elizabeth A. Nagy, 73, passed away April 21, 2016 at Wadsworth Pointe.

Elizabeth was born in Akron, and a member of Annunciation, and was an area resident all her life. She retired from St. Francis de Sales School as head of the cafeteria. She was a life member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where she was very active.

She enjoyed picnics and dancing with Ed, an avid Indians and Browns fan that would gladly share her enthusiasm with anyone, spending time outdoors, dinners with family and friends and hosting holiday get-togethers.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Edward M, parents Regina and Steven Zimmerman, grandkids Gabrielle and Mitchell Baglia and brother-in-law Frank Scala and sister-in-law Ann Zimmerman; She is survived by her children Betty (Tom) Baglia, Edward (Maureen) Nagy Jr., Deborah (Bob) Kitchen and Steven (Sharon) Nagy; grandchildren Lyndsey, Clayton Baglia; Eddie, Kyle, Michael Nagy; Bradley, Samantha, Brandon, Kaitlyn Kitchen; Stephanie, Troy Nagy; brothers Steve and Paul (Bridie) Zimmerman; and sisters Jeannie (Frank) Nagy and Barbara Scala.

Calling Hours will be held from 9 -10 A.M. on Tuesday, April 26 at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton.  Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 A.M. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 4019 Manchester Rd., Akron. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery for family only. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. or American Cancer Society.
