Joyce Burkhart, beloved wife of Paul, cherished mother of Larry and Mike, adored grandmother of Colton, Callee and Joey, passed away full of love after a long battle with cancer. Joyce was a kind hearted and giving woman that left a lasting impression on anyone she ever met. Joyce’s strength, compassion and ever giving heart will echo through all that knew her for eternity. Joyce was passionate about gardening, farm life, animals and being a mother to all! Joyce was married to Paul Burkhart for 45 years. Together they raised their two boys on a farm in Norton, Ohio. Larry and Mike grew to be fathers and the greatest gift and treasure of Joyce’s life were her 3 grandchildren whom lives will be forever blessed by her love. Left to mourn her passing are her proud sons Larry (Gena) and Mike (Renee). Adored Grandchildren Colton, Callee and Joey. Cherished Sister Debbie (Chuck). Beloved Nieces Stephanie, Katie, Lisa and Heather, and many more nieces, nephews and loving friends. Joyce will be missed by all! Calling Hours will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 5-7 P.M. followed by a funeral service at 7 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Interment at Mound Hill Cemetery.
