Robert D. Beck

Robert (Bob) 58, was born on March 5, 1959 and passed into eternal rest on February 28, 2018. Bob was preceded in death by his loving parents John A. and Marian T. Beck. He is survived by his daughter Kristina (Paul) Balding; grandchildren Johanna, Aspen and Delaney. Bob leaves his brothers John (Kathy), Tom (Brenda) and Rick (Bobby Joe). He also leaves four nieces and nephews-Jason, Carolynn, Amanda and Patrick.

Bob graduated from St. Augustine grade school in 1973 and Norton High School in 1977. He served as a firefighter in the US Air Force from 1978-1982. Bob was an outstanding electrician and general construction handy man. He had vast knowledge of how to build and repair anything in the household.

Bob enjoyed railroading, both full size and model. He spent many happy hours traveling to “watch trains” in various areas with his brothers and nephews. Bob was also well known for his elaborate fireworks displays at summer events.
