My family sending condolence in the death of Joseph. We was neighbors at 31st and Bellview to Kathern , Betty and Barb spanning over 25 years . You was great neighbors and tru the years meeting so many of the family.. Prayers..

I am very sorry to hear of Joe Herald's passing. He and my father, James B. Voyk, were good friends after WWII and into the fifties, so much so that Joe was a my godfather at my Christening. Sounds like he was a wonderful husband, father and friend and I wish I could've known him. God bless you all.
