Judy K. (Starcher) Schenz-Moore

BARBERTON---Judy Schenz-Moore (nee Starcher) 65, passed away November 17, 2019.

Judy was born in Barberton to Roy and Louise Starcher on March 10, 1954.  She graduated from Barberton High School in 1972 and eventually became an insurance clerk at Barberton Hospital where she had 25 years of service.

Judy is preceded in death by parents, Roy and Louise Starcher, and is survived by loving husband Donald Moore; brother Richard (Sue) Starcher; daughter Richelle Park (Tim Elswick); and four grandchildren Taylor (Josh) Kirkhart, Tori, Peyton and Anthony.

She was a member of the Barberton Liedertafel, V.F.W and frequented many other places where she loved to sing karaoke which was her passion.  She loved singing with her husband Don, daughters Richelle, Liz and her many friends.

The family would like to thank Judy’s team of doctors, nurses and her wonderful hospice nurses for all they did to help her.

Per Judy’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted to help pay for expenses at Silva – Hostetler Funeral Home, 1199 Wooster Road West, Barberton, Ohio 44203.
