Thomas S. Rasicci

BARBERTON---Thomas S. Rasicci, 80, passed away peacefully at his residence on January 5, 2020.

Tom was born in Akron and had been a Barberton resident most of his life. He retired from the Babcock and Wilcox Co. after 47 ½ years of service. Tom was a faithful member of St. Augustine Catholic Church where he was active in the Holy Hour Program, taught Catechism and volunteered at the Parish for various activities. He was also part of the R.O.M.E.O. group. Tom was also a proud Army Reserve Veteran.

Preceded in death by his parents Vincent and Mary; and brothers Vincent and Louis; He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Dina; sons Richard (Stacey) and David (Paula); grandchildren Miranda, Isabella and Salvatore.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204-6th St. NW, Barberton. Fr. Bill Browne celebrant. Entombment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Calling Hours Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton.
