Charles E. Fulks

Charles Edward Fulks, born January 31, 1953, passed away surrounded by love and cherished memories. He is survived by the love of his life, Vicky Fulks, and their three children: Nicholas (Kerry), Aaron, and Bailey (Anthony). He is also survived by his son Jesse. His legacy lives on through his children and his seven grandchildren: Riley, Nolan, Izzy, Roman, Presley, Maddox, and Josie, as well as his two great-grandchildren, Everleigh and Leo, who brought him immense pride and joy.

Charles was a man of incredible strength and resilience. He was a fighter who faced every challenge life threw his way with courage and toughness, never backing down. Whether through his love of adventure or his sheer determination, he inspired those around him to push through and embrace life fully.

Known for his love of a good party and a deck of cards, Charles brought laughter, warmth, and joy to all who knew him. Though he is gone, his family finds comfort in knowing that he is free now—able to run, unburdened by the challenges he once faced.

His spirit will be deeply missed, but his legacy of strength, love, and adventure will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
