Albert R. Brescilli

BARBERTON---Albert R. Brescilli, 93, passed away May 21, 2018.

Albert was born in Graceton, PA and had been a Barberton resident most of his life where he retired from the Babcock and Wilcox Co. after 34 years. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and a proud Navy Veteran having served during WWII.

Preceded in death by his son and daughter-in-law Thomas and Patricia; He is survived by his wife of 63 years Margaret M. (Weigand); daughter Roberta (Jim) Hoover; son Perry (Cathy); grandchildren Emily (Adam) Granitto, Mario Brescilli, Mike (Alexandra) Hoover and Meredith and Gina Brescilli; and great-granddaughter Olivia Granitto.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 25, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204 Sixth St. NW, Barberton. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling Hours Thursday from 5-7 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, where prayers will be said Friday morning at 9:30 A.M.
