STOW---Allen M. Combes, 92, passed away April 30, 2020 at the Arbors at Stow. Allen was born in Burlington, North Dakota and was an area resident most of his life. He was preceded in death by his wife Yvonne in 2011.
Per his wishes cremation has taken place.
