Anna Vargo Rabatin

BARBERTON---Anna Rabatin, 93, passed away July 9, 2012 at her residence.


Anna was born in Barberton where she was a life resident and worked for the Barberton City Schools. She was a member of the former Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she volunteered for many years. She was also a member of the Hungarian Club.


Preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4sisters; Survivors include her sons Edward J, of Barberton, Robert P. (Roberta) of Florida, Ralph D. of Oklahoma and Col. Raymond D. (Judit) of Virginia; daughter Mary Ann Murphy of Barberton; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons.


Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 A.M. on Friday, July 13, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204-6th St. NW., Barberton. Fr. Michael B. Smith celebrant. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours Thursday, July 12th from 6-8 p.m. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton, where prayers will be said on Friday morning at 9:30 A.M.
