Anna C. (Glavitsch) Schrader

NORTON---Anna C. Schrader, 87, passed away October 20, 2016 at her residence.

Anna was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and had been an area resident all her life. She was a graduate of Barberton High School where she enjoyed being a Majorette. She retired as the secretary to the President from Great Northern Savings and Loan and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. Anna loved her family time and vacations and was all about her children and grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook and baker and was a tremendous Cavs fan.

Preceded in death by her husband Roy; son Gary; sister Elizabeth Bryant; and brothers Michael and Joseph Glavitsch; She is survived by her daughter Karen (Todd) Guist; daughter-in-law Judy Schrader; grandchildren Melissa (Greg) Bunch, Gregory Schrader  and Tyler, Kevin and Katherine Guist; and great-grandchildren Lilly, Madison and Austin.

Anna was kind and loving to everyone she met and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204 Sixth St. NW, Barberton. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
