CLINTON---Anthony W. Misich, 92, passed away November 8, 2015.
Tony was born in Barberton and had been a Clinton resident most of his life where he retired from Alsides Inc. after 45 years of service. He was a member of the former St. George Catholic Church and currently a member of SS Philip and James Church. He was also a member of the Slovene Center and Slovene Pensioners. Tony was an avid gardener and had a love for ballroom dancing.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife Helen; and sisters Mary Sarkas and Judith Barnes; He was a loving father to Cynthia Addis; Tony III (Tracy) and Sandra (Joe) Grillo; a wonderful grandfather to Michael (Leigh), Matthew (Amber), Tony IV (Jensen); Madeline and Max; great-grandson Hunter; and special nieces Judy Johnsen and Mariska Rehs.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at St. Luke Lutheran Community-Portage Lakes for their care of Tony.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 13, 2015 at SS Philip and James Catholic Church, 412 High St. North, Canal Fulton. Fr. Kevin McCaffrey celebrant. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours Friday from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at the SWIGART-EASTERLING FUNERAL HOME, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton).
