BARBERTON---Carol Waldern, 74, passed away June 5, 2013 at Summa Barberton Hospital. Carol was born in Barberton where she was a life resident and worked Magic City Supply. She loved painting, camping and gardening. Preceded in death by her husband Roger; son Vincent; parents Duane and Ruth Knecht; and brother Raymond; Survivors include her brother Duane (Edna) Knecht; sister Joan (Ray) Duncan; dear friend Valerie (Martin) Rego and their daughters Rachel and Emily; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Amanda Saunders officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling Hours on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the service time.
