Charleen F. (Franzen) Winemiller

Charleen F. Winemiller (nee Franzen), 94, passed away September 30, 2025 at Knoxville Landing in Knoxville, TN.

Charleen was born in Akron and had been an area resident all her life until recently moving to Knoxville. She was a dedicated member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Barberton.

Preceded in death by her husband Sam H. and brother Peter J. Franzen; Charleen is survived by her nephew Peter C. Franzen of Knoxville.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and Charleen will be buried at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Sam. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Augustine Church and will be announced at a later date.
