Charles F. Krause

BARBERTON---Charles F. Krause, 78, passed away March 26, 2022.

Charlie was born in Barberton where he was a life resident and graduate of Barberton High School Class of 1962. He retired from the Babcock and Wilcox Co. after 42 years of service. Charlie was a proud member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church where he served as an usher, altar server, Eucharistic Minister and was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 14111.

Preceded in death by his sons Dominic John and Charles F. II; brother Harold; sister Olive; and half sisters Margaret, Katie and Pat. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Marie A. (Fox); and numerous In-laws, nieces and nephews.

Charlie’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Fr. Robert Jackson celebrant. Calling Hours from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral mass at the church. Private burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Knights of Columbus Council 14111 c/o Prince of Peace Church or Summit County Special Olympics.
