Claudia D. Hooser

BARBERTON---Claudia D. Hooser, 58, passed away as a result of an automobile accident on March 9, 2016.

Claudia was born in Barberton where she was a life resident and a graduate of Barberton High School Class of 1976. She was an avid bowler and reader.

Preceded in death by her father Claude; She is survived by her mother Sally of Barberton; son Daniel Hutchison (Jessica Hamad); brother Steve (Sue) Hooser of Barberton; sisters Merilee Hooser Bailey (Paul Nauer) of Barberton and Lisa (Dale) Laughlin of Florida; nephews Zachary Laughlin (Cindy Doten) and Joseph Bailey; nieces Nicole Laughlin (Jeremy Sutphin), Ashley (Mark) Koncz, Alex Hooser and Julia Sutphin; brother-in-law Joseph W. Bailey; close friends Maggie Maybin, Bernie and Katie Pramik and Jodi Jenkins; and her “best friend” Brutiss.

Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 1-4 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Funeral Service to follow at 4:00 P.M. Pastor Rod Grabski officiating. Per her wishes Cremation to follow.
