Connie J. Kuzak (DeBaer) nee Burton

BARBERTON---Connie J. Kuzak (DeBaer) nee Burton, 68, passed away October 14, 2011.

Born in Medina, she was an area resident all her life. She was an LPN and over her 47 years as a nurse she cared for many people. Connie enjoyed baking, gardening, boating and checking in with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband Walter J.; and parents Harry and Doris Burton; Survivors include her daughters Christine Orchosky and Jennifer (Scott) MacMillan; sons Michael DeBaer and Mark (Kelly) DeBaer; and grandchildren Caitlin and Matthew Orchosky and James MacMillan.

Funeral Service will be held 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
