Curt R. Rosio

Curt R. Rosio, 65, passed away October 13, 2024. Born in Barberton Ohio, Curt was a friend of the upmost degree and his leaving this earth will leave a hole in all his friends’ hearts. Curt was a larger-than-life guy and once you met him, in some way he will always be in your mind! Curt was a 1977 Graduate of Barberton High School where he enjoyed playing basketball. From that day forward he soared, Curt became a young entrepreneur at the age of 19; he often said “I don’t want to work for The Man.” He began by selling Snap On Tools, then Cornwell Tools. He then moved on to open his own towing business; Curt’s Towing and in 2001 started Captain Clean Power Washing. Curt also enjoyed bass fishing with his dear friends, Bill Novak and Dan Blaner. In 2003 Curt met the love of his life Roberta at Bill and Kim Franks bonfire. They resided in Marshallville with their two dogs Bob and Roxie. Curt was preceded in death by his parents Peter and Ethel (Snyder) Rosio; and sister Leslie Rosio Ellin. He is survived by his wife Roberta (Domonkas) Rosio; half-brother John (Brenda) Beiteman; nieces, nephews and a countless number of friends. Curt’s Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at the Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home, 1199 Wooster Road W., Barberton. Rev. Rod Grabski officiating. Calling Hours will be Thursday from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers Curt requested that you make a donation to your local animal shelter or rescue.
