BARBERTON---Dorothy R. Lindner, 87, passed away May 18, 2010 at The Village at St. Edward. Born in Akron she was an area resident all her life where she retired from the Barberton Public Schools System as a secretary to the Principal. Dorothy was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by husband Richard and sons Richard and Ronald; Survivors include her son Robert of Norton; grandchildren Matthew (Evelyn) Lindner, Laura (Mike) Popora, Cindy (Walt) Downing, Angela (David) Klusty, and Sarah Linder; 10 great-grandchildren and sister Barbara Evans.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday May 21, 2010, 10 A.M., at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours Thursday 6-8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton where prayers will be said Friday at 9:30 A.M.
