Elaine V. Richards

DOYLESTOWN---Elaine V. Richards, 67, passed away April 12, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer.


Elaine was born in Barberton and was an area resident all her life where she was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church.


Preceded in death by her parents William and Edith; and sister Joan Curtis; survivors include her loving husband of 43 years William L.; daughter Donna (Don) Thompson; sons Robert (Julie) and William "Billy" II (Nicole); ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers Bill, Rick and Bob; and sisters Marilyn, Sue, Nancy, Connie and Rosie.


The family wishes to thank all who helped with Elaine's care.


Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 4022 Johnson Rd., Norton. Fr. James Maloney celebrant. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Calling Hours Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUENRAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Andrew Church.
