Elizabeth "Betty" J. Anger (nee Chuha)

BARBERTON---Elizabeth "Betty" J. Anger, 85, passed away September 12, 2010 at the Doylestown Health Care Center. Born in Akron, Betty had been a Barberton area resident most of her life where she was a member of the Apostolic Church of Barberton and worked at Kroger's Grocery Store for 17 years. Betty is survived by daughters Loretta Mae Poling of Cartersville, GA and Carolyn (Robert) Hood of Barberton; many grandchildren; brother Paul (Marilyn) Chuha of Manchester; sisters Sue (Les) Shirey of Barberton and Cathy Eberhardt of Barberton and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Doylestown Heath Care Center nursing staff and Hospice of Wayne County. Calling Hours TONIGHT 5-8 P.M. with Funeral Services to follow at 8 P.M., at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton, Rev. Harvey Greathouse officiating. Interment Wednesday, 11 A.M. at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the House of Prayer.
