Ernest J. Krasovic

BARBERTON---Ernest J. Krasovic, 92, passed away January 19, 2015.

Ernie was born in Barberton where he was a life resident and retired from P.P.G. Industries after 42 years of service.

He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, the Columbian Athletic Assoc., Buckeye Lodge #626, S.N.P.J. and the Holy Hour Program at St. Augustine. Most of all Ernie loved gardening. He was also a proud Navy Veteran having served during WWII.

Preceded in death by his wife Rosemary; Survivors include his sons Ed (Lucy), Bob (Cheryl) and Len' daughters Alice (John) Morisak and Annette Fisher (Kevin Bragg); grandchildren Paul, David, Jennifer, Mary, Rob, John, Wendy, Matt and Heather; and great-grandchildren Zuri, Dax, Johnny V. and Parker.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 26, 2015, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Fr. Robert Jackson celebrant. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours Sunday from 2-5 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prince of Peace Church.
