Franklin Eddie Lowe

Franklin "Eddie" Lowe, passed away peacefully at his apartment on December 7, 2022. He was born March 27, 1945 in Richwood, WV to the late Letha and James Mack Lowe.

He enjoyed life to the fullest with his love of horses and the race track. He was also a big football fan.

Franklin was preceded in death by his brother "Bud" Lowe and sistes Mary Reed and Ann Johnson. He is survived by his children, Jimmy, Cindy, Larry, J.R. and Amber. He also leaves his sisters Lois Cole and Jo Ann Johnson, many nieces and nephews and his favorite cat "Boo Boo".

There will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
