George R. Hrubovcak

George R. Hrubovcak, 82, passed away March 13, 2022. George was born in Akron and was a Barberton/Coventry Township resident all his life. He attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and the Slovak Catholic Sokol #167.

Preceded in death his parents Nicholas and Mary; and brothers Richard and Tom; He is survived by his wife Linda; his daughters Kim Flesher and Amy Morris; stepson Ian Phillips; grandchildren Adam and Chad Flesher and Jasmine and Josie Morris; great-granddaughter Reese Flesher; sisters Marlene Robinson and Carol (Tom) Duggan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

George’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Deacon Robin Adair officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours Sunday, March 20th from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Slovak Catholic Sokol 167, 888 W.
