Gilbert "Gib" Mccune

BARBERTON---Gilbert “Gib” McCune, 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 25, 2020.

Gib was born in Cremo, WV and was a Barberton resident most of his life where he was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

He is now reunited with Ruth, his loving wife of 66 years. He is survived by his daughters Deb Gooslin, Connie (Jim) Wonders and Pam (Andy) Doyne; sons Gil McCune and Mick (Norma) McCune; 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and sister Midge (Larry) Patterson

Private Funeral Services have taken place with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park. There will be a Memorial Mass on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204 Sixth St. NW., Barberton at 10:00 a.m. for friends and family who would like to attend.
