BARBERTON---Harry Kukec, 83, passed away January 23, 2011 at Summa Barberton Hospital.

Born in Norton he was a life resident of the Barberton and Norton area all his life where he was a member of Local #109 for over 50 years as a cement finisher. Harry was also a proud Army-Air Force Veteran having served during WWII.

Preceded in death by his parents Anton and Mary; brothers Tony and Ed; and sisters Mary Williams, Jennie Wentz, Vera Zellia and Lucy Kukec; Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years Evelyn; son Stanley (Melissa) Collins of Wadsworth; daughters Donna (Rodney) Millican of Clinton and Tami (Patrick) Murphy of Cape Coral, Florida; grandchildren Crystal Jones, Benjamin, Joshua and Tabitha Collins; Rachel and Karen Tomasik; and Leanne Murphy; great-grandchildren Abigayle, Mikala and Ethan Jones and Maxine Soeder; sister Florence Dudas of Barberton; and sisters-in-law Harleen Kukec of Youngstown and Ann Kukec of Barberton.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2011, at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Rev. Roger Larrison officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling Hours Wednesday from 5-8 PM.
