Helen A. (Funk) Pramik

Helen A. Pramik, 91, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 20, 2023. Sunday child - Born July 12, 1931 in Bayonne, NJ. The 7th child of Tillie and Stanley Funk. Moved to Barberton, Ohio at the age of 3 because of B&W where her father worked. Helen & Bern felt blessed and couldn’t complain about their lives. They had a lot of good times some hard times, but felt life was good. She will be remembered for being kind, generous and Always remembering names, birthdays anniversaries, a memory like no other!  And now forever in ours. Preceded in death by her husband Bernard Pramik, parents Stanley and Tillie Funk, brothers Zigmund, Joseph, Frank, Stanley & Edward, sisters Stella (Michalcewicz) and Genevieve (Zvosec), grandson Gregory Jr., and daughter Ann Marie Faber. Survived by sons Bernie (Kathy), Greg (Kathy), Stephen (Kathy), daughters Nancy (John), Valerie (Jamie), grandchildren Bernie III (Kaylee), Adam, Daniel, Melissa (James), Greg III (Sarah), Leah, Hannah, Joshua, Rachel, Sarah, and great grandchildren Ethan, Marshall, Guinevere, Aviendha, Wyatt, and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204 Sixth St. NW., Barberton. Calling Hours will be held on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Private family burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Augustine Catholic School, 204 Sixth St. NW, Barberton.
