Heston Warren Otto, (10/25/1987) passed away Wednesday, October 5, at the age of 34, at Akron City Hospital.
Heston was born in Barberton Ohio, to Mark and Paulette Otto, baby brother to Sara Daso (Otto).
Heston graduated from Barberton high school in 2006. He had a creative mind for technology, and was interested in all things computers. He was brilliant, passionate, had the biggest smile, and the heart to match. Self taught, he could have built an entire house himself. He loved to research and implement- remodeling his entire house and updating all the electrical, plumbing, etc. He was a perfectionist, who had the most manicured lawn, as many neighbors complimented his work.
But, his most significant accomplishment came the morning of January 19, 2016 when he become a father to Jace Edward Otto.
His greatest joy in life, with no close comparison, was spending time with his son, playing video games and building Legos. But mostly Legos! So much so, that with special request, Jace wanted to send some Legos to Heaven, for Heston to have and build.
Heston lived his entire adult life with his mother, Paulette, who cared for him in a way that no one else could. She was with him on his best days and worst, and endured the full effects of what you would expect when you have a hurting child. She was his unwavering constant.
Heston had a heart of gold, and was loved by so many. But, he also had an illness that caused him to pull away from many of those same people who loved him. In our hearts- the love remained, for we knew who he was; He was Heston Warren Otto, full of love and Gods grace, he was “Perfect”.
He is preceded in death by the mother of his child, Brandi Waggoner, his paternal grandparents Frank and Mabel Otto, and maternal grandmother Dorien Mattle.
We are thankful to God that he is no longer suffering, that he is at peace, and that he is with his heavenly maker. All glory to God, for He alone is good.
