James Jc Black

James Conrad Black "JC", 71, passed away Monday, July 7, 2014 after a hard fought battle with kidney cancer. Born in Wadsworth he had been a Barberton resident all his life. JC retired from Woodridge Middle School in Cuyahoga Falls after 32 years as an Industrial Arts teacher. JC enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, teaching and being with his family.

Preceded in death by his parents Clayton and Stella Black; He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Terry; children Michelle Black of North Carolina, Stephanie (Joe) Casto of Doylestown; twins Josh and Renee of Barberton and the joy of his life grandson Joseph Casto.

He will be dearly missed by his buddies from the Portage Lakes Fitness Center and all the guys he rode motorcycles with.

Per the families wishes cremation has taken place. Calling Hours will be held Friday, July 11, 2014, 4:30pm to 8pm at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. W, Barberton. There will be no Funeral Services.
