Janet L. (Topper) Devault

Janet L. DeVault, 85, passed away peacefully on May 27th, 2025.

Janet was born on March 27th, 194o and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and great grandmother.

Janet was a teacher within her community for many years, and later in life devoted many years to Johnson United Methodist Church in Norton, OH. There she served in the kitchen, choir, and quilting club. She also was a part of UM Players providing entertainment for her community.

She joins loved ones Bill, Jeff, and Kathy, and is survived by her husband Ron; children, Julie, Tim and James; grandchildren, William, Makayla, and Samantha; and great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Janet's Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025 at Johnson United Methodist Church, 3409 Johnson Rd., Norton. Burial at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls. Calling Hours Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Johnson United Methodist Church.
