Jerold Vansickle

Jerold Van Sickle, 50, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2015.

Jerold was born in Barberton and had been an area resident all his life where he worked at Land O' Lakes. He was an avid hiker, runner, enjoyed cooking and loved his dogs.

Preceded in death by his grandfather Nick Oreskovich; grandparents Edith and Jerold B. Van Sickle; and Aunt Janine Oreskovich; Survivors include his daughter Holly Van Sickle; son Jerold Van Sickle Jr.; mother Helen Hengle; father Jerold B. Van Sickle; "Granny O" Helen Oreskovich; sisters Christine Jundzilo, Amy Fabian and Jill Van Sickle; mother of his children Lisa Fetzer; significant other Emily Cooley-Pancoe; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204-6th St. NW, Barberton. Calling Hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
