John S. Fairburn

NORTON---John Samuel Fairburn passed away on Friday, May 29th 2020 at the age of 77.  He was born in Ashtabula, OH to Chester and Eloise Fairburn.  John was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Richard Fairburn and his sister Isobelle Miller.
John was dearly loved by his wife of 40 years Teresa Fairburn, his two daughters Trina Sasko and Becki Owston, his son-in-law Michael Owston, and his brother Robert Fairburn.  He was a proud "Papa" to his grandchildren Emma and Luke Owston.
John was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  He was an avid boating and fishing enthusiast, a proud patriot and an Army veteran.  He leaves us with rich memories.
Due to current public health circumstances, a private family graveside service will be held in Ashtabula, OH.
