ELLET---Kelley M. Kinney, 45, unexpectedly departed this life on Thursday morning, January 6, 2011 and has gone on to eternal life with the Lord. Sweet Kelley was born on December 2, 1965 in Barberton and was an area resident all her life. She graduated Norton High School in 1984, married the love of her life in May, 1988 and worked for Jo-Ann Fabrics for the past ten years. Kelley's greatest loves were her family and friends, living selflessly to ensure the needs, wellness and happiness of others.
"For whatever reason, in the cosmic scheme of things, it was decided that this flower should be taken from us. We should all take comfort in the knowledge that today heaven is a brighter sunnier place for it has been enriched by the presence of the girl with the smiling eyes; who is always cheerful; who always had kind word for you; and, who most always chose happiness. She will be counted by all who knew her as one of the finest human beings eternally missed. Memories of Kelley will be forever cherished by all those lucky enough to have met her." ~Dearest Friend
Kelley leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 22 years, James (Jim); treasured children, Joshua, Benjamin, and Olivia; mother Kathryn (Robert) Vickers; father Tom (Gloria) Martin; sisters Kim Parker and Kara J. Hoskins; step-brother Michael Shawn (Katie) Vickers; and so many loving friends too numerous to mention by name. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 10, 2011, 5-8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton where the funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday at 11A.M. Memorials may be made to the Charity of One's Choice.
