Louis C. Foster Ii

On October 16, 2017, Louis Carl Foster II, 51, passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by family. Lou was born in Akron, Ohio, to Louis and Pamela Foster. He grew up in Manchester and settled down in Canal Fulton. In 1993 he married Arla Foster (Griffin) and together they had three children: Dakota, Canyon, and Hunter. Lou was a loving husband, son, brother, and most importantly, father. Lou enjoyed sharing his love for the New York Yankees with Canyon, teaching Hunter the ins-and-outs of football, and supporting Dakota in her adventures as a pilot.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years Arla, his daughter Dakota, his sons Canyon and Hunter; parents Louis and Pamela, in-laws Art and Ila; brothers Steve (Jennifer), Ryan, Dave (Adrian), Rob (Erica); brothers in-law Cliff (Tanie), Brandon, Rich (Beth); sister in-law Maria Reynolds (Bob), and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lester and Roberta Ross, Louis B. and Jane Foster, step grandmother Goldie Foster and Jeannette Weisman.

Calling Hours will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 4-7 P.M. at Grace Bible Church, 5781 Manchester Rd., New Franklin. Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 P.M. Pastor Robert Webb officiating.
