Marion Mickey Rowe

BARBERTON----Marion "Mickey" Rowe, 90, went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2011. Born in South Fork, PA, she had been a Barberton resident most of her life where she was a former member of Covenant Baptist Church and currently a member of First Baptist Church of Barberton. She was a Sunday school teacher, church historian, member of the flower committee and Women's Missionary Society while at Covenant Baptist. Marion also enjoyed oil painting, gardening and poetry. Most of all Marion was very devout in her faith and loved the Lord. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, George A; Survivors include her son George Gillian (Rosalita); daughters Trudy (John) Hanna, Jennifer (Tim) Loepker and Abbie (Jeff) Getz; grandchildren Jeffrey (Kelly) Hanna, Jill (Phillip) Yoder, Katelyn (Michael) Jones, Scott (Marissa) Dallas, Timothy and Andrew Dallas and Marshall, Elizabeth and Emily Getz; and great-grandchildren Wade, Landrey, Kiersten, Elisha, Kohl and Karsen. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2011, 12:00 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Pastor J.P. Hanna officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling Hours One Hour Prior to the Service.
