Marjorie Jean (Shank) Funk

Marjorie Jean Funk, 101, passed away May 31, 2025.

Marjorie was born in Barberton and was an area resident all her life where she was a 60 year member of Loyal Oak Wesleyan Methodist Church and currently a member of Bible Holiness Church in Barberton.

Preceded in death by her husband Joseph F. Sr.; son Joseph Jr.; daughter Marilyn; brothers William and Bud Shank; and sisters Lucille Shank, Ruth Dentler, Phyllis Hemphill and Janet Riddle; She is survived by her daughter Joan (Steve) Dolyk; son William (Barbara) Funk; ten grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025 at Bible Holiness Church, 375-37th St. SW., Barberton. Pastor Jeral Davis officiating. Burial at Clinton Cemetery. Calling Hours Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at the Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton.
