Mary Madeline White, 96, past away September 16, 2012, on what would have been the 73rd wedding anniversary to John T. White. She is preceded in death by her husband John "Jack" White; infant son and daughter Terrance and Mary Francis; son Thomas White; son-in-law Omher Macmanus and grandson Jeff White. Mary was born in 1916 in Akron, OH. She worked at BF Goodrich and after raising her family worked at J.M. Smucker Co. She is survived by sons John (Patti) White and Jim (Marlene) White; daughters Mary Macmanus, Kathy (Frank) McEndree and Madeline (Charles) Tamoney; grandchildren Chris White, Colleen (Travis) Wiley, Denise Macmanus, Tami O'Connor, Mark McEndree and Ann (Mustapha) Mehar. She also has 7 great-grandchildren. Family and Friends will be received Wednesday, September 19, 2012, 5 to 8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, September 20, 2012, 10 A.M. at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 4022 Johnson Rd, Norton, OH, Fr. James Maloney celebrant. Interment at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Doylestown, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Mary's name to the Hospice Development Foundation, 3358 Ridgewood Rd, Akron, OH 44333.
