Mary F. (Hite) Zupic

Heaven welcomed home it’s most cantankerous angel, Mary F. Zupic on July 29, 2024.

Mary was born in Barberton on November 2, 1924. She was one of 8 children born to Valentine and Cecelia (Hete) Hite. Mary was preceded in her departure by her parents, siblings and son-in-law Mike Gay. She was met by the loving embrace of her late husband John.

Mary left behind but will forever be waiting for her daughters Diane (Jerry) Adams and Sandi Gay; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother-in-law Ed Young; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was the keeper of the cookie jar, a garden whisperer, faithful to her Sanka and lover of all things peanut butter. With our eternal love you will be missed. You will live on in our stories of you.

Mary’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held One Hour Prior to the Mass AT THE CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
