Michael D Kupar

NORTON---Michael D. Kupar, 73, passed away March 22, 2010. He was born in Barberton and was a life resident of the Barberton-Norton area, where he retired from the Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. after 30 years of service. Michael was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church and a proud Marine Corp Veteran. He also enjoyed golfing. Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years, Janet M.; daughters Connie (Richard) Anger of Wadsworth and Carolyn (Roger) Jackson of Burbank; grandchildren Angie, Aaron, Adam and Stephanie; great-grandson Michael; sisters Mary Macko of Barberton and Dorothy Kotyuha of Struthers; and many nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be held TODAY from 3:30 -6:30 PM at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Divine Liturgy TONIGHT at 7:00 PM at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, 1051 Robinson Ave, Barberton. On Friday there will be an Order of Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Nicholas Church where the body will lie in state for one-hour, followed by interment at St. Nicholas Cemetery.
