Olga R. Harris

CLINTON---The most wonderful loving mother Olga Harris, 87, passed away April 18, 2012 and went to be with the Lord and her loving husband, Lee Harris after a lengthy illness. Born in Akron she had been a Clinton area resident most of her life. Olga was a member of the Akron Baptist Temple where she was a Sunday school teacher for 50 years and part of the nursing home ministries for over 20 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Olga was especially noted for her homemade pies. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends and taking care of her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, George Harris and Regina (Anthony) Beltich both of Clinton, Michael (Julie) Harris of Norton and Jim (Terri) Harris of Manchester; stepdaughter Joyce (Gene) Morrison of Tenn.; grandchildren Tania, Shannon, Stacy, Jennifer, Michael and Anne; step grandchildren David, Denise, Daniel and Darren; brother Daniel Birow and sister Sally Matthews.

Funeral Services will be held, Saturday, April 21, 2012, 12 P.M., at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton, Pastor Ernie Kemppel officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling Hours 11:30 until time of service.
