Patricia A. (Beres) Baliga

Patricia A. Baliga, 82, passed away November 20, 2023.

Pat was born in Barberton where she was a life resident. She was an insurance agent for State Farm and also Maloney-Dueber Insurance Agencies. Pat was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and a  former member of Holy Trinity Church. She was active in the Helping Hands Group, Prayer Shawl Group and the social committee all at Prince of Peace. She was also a volunteer at Stewart’s Caring Place and the Red Cross and a member of the Insurance Women of Akron.

Preceded in death by her husband Joseph; parents Bert and Margaret Beres; brother David Beres; and brother-in-law Frank Baliga; She is survived by her sister Margaret (John) Kazlauskas; sister-in-law Jean Baliga; and numerous friends.

Patricia’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Calling Hours One Hour Prior to the Mass at the Church. Private burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stewart’s Caring Place.
