Paul Burkhart

NORTON---Paul Burkhart, beloved husband of Joyce, cherished father of Larry and Mike, adored grandfather of Colton, Callee and Joey, passed away surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer. Paul was a hardworking man who never met a stranger. He was kind, generous and welcoming to all. Paul was Owner/Operator of Norton Service Center for 35 years. Paul had a passion for farming and a love for the land only surpassed by his love for his family. Paul and Joyce were married July 21, 1971. Together they raised their two boys on a farm in Norton, Ohio. Larry and Mike grew to be fathers and Paul welcomed each grandchild with his loving arms. Left to mourn his passing are wife Joyce, sons Larry (Gena) and Mike (Renee). Grandchildren Colton, Callee and Joey. Brother Harold (Carolyn), Sister Linda (Tom). Sister-in-law Debbie and Brother-in-law Chuck, Many nieces and nephews and loving friends. Paul will be missed by all! Calling Hours will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 5-7 P.M. followed by a Funeral Service at 7:00 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Interment at Mound Hill Cemetery, Seville.
