Richard H. Querry Sr.

Richard Harold Querry (Rick Sr.), 69, from Barberton, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his home on June 9, 2023, surrounded by his wife Denise of 48 years and his loving family.

He was born May 21, 1954, Barberton, Ohio and was the son of Lewis and Thelma Querry.

He leaves behind his wife Denise Querry (Molnar), children, Rick Querry Jr. (Kristi), Amanda Querry (Keith), Stacey Querry and brother Donald Querry (Peewee) and many nieces and nephews. He was a fantastic peepaw to Nick (Alisha) and Madeline (Thadeus) Querry, Devin Waddle, Brayden and Payton Edwards, Kyle Fredmonsky and great peepaw to five (5).

He was preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Thelma Querry and brothers Ronald Querry and Myron.

Rick loved anything that had to do with spending time with family and friends. This included cookouts, vacations, golfing, cornhole, euchre, fishing, and most importantly laughing. Rick is known for always smiling and smelling so good. If you knew him, you loved him.

The family will casually receive friends and family on Saturday, June 24th from 10am-12pm at Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home.

The family asks in lieu of flowers for donations to be made to Barberton Sokol Club in honor of Rick Querry Sr.
