Ronald J. Horvath

Ronald J. Horvath, 72, passed away December 28, 2022 at his residence.

Ron was born in Barberton where he was a life resident. He retired from BWXT and worked at the Babcock and Wilcox Company as well as Goodyear Aerospace. He was a member of the Barberton Slovene Center and Barberton Moose Lodge where he loved socializing with everyone. Ron also loved the changing of the seasons and his cars.

Preceded in death by his parents Julius and Ann; He is survived by his loving wife of 40 yrs. Karen; brother Dennis (Melleny); nephews Joshua and Chris; and other in-laws, relatives and friends.

Ron’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204 Sixth St. NW, Barberton.
