Rondel E. Travis "Ron", 67, was surrounded by his loving family when as he passed away on April 22, 2023. Preceded in death by his parents Nelson and Jean; sister Sue; and sister-in-law Margie Blankenship; Ron is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Laura; children Tim (Crystal), Chad and Amy (T.J.); grandchildren Alyssa, Destiny, Nathan, Abigail, Brianna, Jacob, Ty and Emily; step-grandchildren Trinity and Paige; sister Kim Travis; brothers-in-law Carl (Pam) Boylen and Clyde Blankenship; sisters-in-law April (Dennis) Damsa and Lisa (Kristy) Griner; and all of their families. Calling Hours for Ron will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 3-5 p.m. at the Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Memorial Service to follow at 5:00 p.m. Pastor Rod Grabski officiating. Ron was an “everyday person”, please come as you are and casual dress.
