Ruby Fern (Tawney) Neff

BARBERTON---Ruby Fern Neff, 87, passed away March 14, 2022.

Ruby was born in Newton, WV and had been a Barberton resident all her life. She was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church and will be missed by all who  knew her.

Preceded in death by her husband Louis; and daughter Annette Ash; she is survived by her son James Neff; sister Marjorie Woodring; and numerous nieces and nephews.
