Sandra L. Starling, 57, passed away unexpectedly on March 1, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents Merle and Patricia Sipe; sister Genie Coffee and brother William Sipe. Sandy is survived by her fiancé Todd Staab; stepson Jeremy Chandler; sisters Cheryl Henthorn and Amy Varner; brother Robert Miller; Aunts Barb and Linda; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Per her wishes there will be no services and cremation has taken place. Memorials may be made to the Silva-Hostetler Funeral Home.
