Scott Lieberth

Scott Michael Lieberth, 42, of Barberton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2025. Born on April 23, 1983, Scott was a lifelong resident of the area and attended Barberton High

School.Scott was known for his big heart and unwavering loyalty to his family and friends. He had a remarkable gift for making people smile and laugh, and his warm personality left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

He is lovingly survived by his mother, Susan Shuppe; his maternal grandmother, Deloris Morris; his brother, Chad Lieberth (David Reisinger); his sister, Holly Lieberth; his cherished niece, Alexis Rhodes; and his beloved nephew, Matthew Lillie. Scott also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and a wide circle of devoted friends who will miss him deeply.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Brad Lieberth; his stepfather, Steven Shuppe; his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Morris; his uncle, Brian Lieberth; his paternal grandparents, John and Mary Ann Lieberth; and his maternal and paternal great-grandparents.

Scott’s generous spirit, quick wit, and kind soul will be remembered always. He will be dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends once arrangements are finalized.
