Stephen M. Kuzia, 31, was called home to be with the Lord on January 27, 2013.
Stephen was born in Akron where he was a life resident and a graduate of East High School Class of 2000. He worked at Akron Foundry and was a member of Wintergreen Ledges Church of God and the F.O.P. Auxiliary Lodge #1.
Preceded in death by his grandparents; Stephen is survived by the loves of his life, his daughters Mia and Mara; mother Colleen (Charles Lallathin) McArdle of Akron; father John (Louise) Kuzia of Alabama; sister Betsey Stadelman of Texas; brothers Eddie (Leslie) Wood of Florida, Billy Kuzia of Ohio and Shaun (Angela) Kuzia of Arizona; seven nieces and one nephew; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his girlfriend Lacie and her children Ameelia and Johnny.
Calling Hours will be held on Thursday January 31, 2013 from 5-8 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton where a Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Jim Roma officiating. Private burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his daughters.
